Happy Thanksgiving!
…And THANK GOODNESS for the LONG weekend! 2011 has been a great year of new beginnings, and I’ve been fortunate with a handful of blessings that came my way.
Thank you for everyone that reads my not-frequently-updated blog! I’ve already accepted the fact that I don’t update as often as I should, but I still enjoy having this website. Not only is the URL catchy, this is my free forum to discuss what-EVER I want! I look forward to using this forum more to express my views on beauty and sharing my invaluable experience from this industry.
Thank you to my support system of friends, family, and my significant other 
. They are there for me unconditionally, despite my faults and mistakes.
Thank you to my employer; these last 5 months have been invaluable in my emerging career in the cosmetics beauty industry. While I thought my job as makeup artist was hard, working behind the scenes to produce the products we use is equally difficult! I get to work with other ambitious, hard-working women, and I have supervisors that I admire and work for.
Best of all, I’m thankful for my God (and the Universe for those who are non-denominational). He’s provided for me in my worse and best of times. We have a unique relationship that doesn’t conform to the church standards, but it’s a relationship nonetheless. No matter what God you worship, we can all agree there is a higher being that looks over us.
