Product Gospel – clear.now Acne Treatment System
Thought I’d share a little product testimonial. For about a year I was suffering from some serious acne problems and scarring. As a makeup artist, it’s embarrassing to have bad skin in front of your clients. I didn’t think I had to resort to using an acne treatment system, but at least I carry one in my business!
From afar, most people wouldn’t notice my skin, but when you look at it everyday, it becomes a monster! Below is a pic of me back in March. I had makeup on, but it didn’t really cover up the dry patches and breakouts.
So I started using the Clear.Now Acne Treatment System. It’s a 3-step system – cleansing scrub, purifying toner, and acne treatment lotion.
The product demo above measures the effectiveness of clear.now versus the popular Pro-Activ treatment system. Clear.Now is the only acne treatment system to utilize patent-pending stabilized sodium chlorite combined with salicylic acid to keep pores clean, clear, and cared for. I applied the products in the morning and evening diligently for the last 3 months. Whenever I had pimples, I used the Artistry Essentials Anti-Blemish treatment, and sealed the products with the Essentials Balancing Lotion (since it has SPF 15).
I started the regimen back in May, and all of a sudden I noticed how clear my skin was! I took these pics with my macbook webcam:
I still use a little bit concealer, but not as much as before. This treatment system should only be used for periods of breakouts. Some clients experience more breakouts than before, but it’s a normal reaction since the pores are being cleared out. Once it clears up, it’s recommended to switch to the Artistry Essentials skincare system for normal-to-oily skin as a daily regimen. Although my acne cleared in 3 months, it varies from person to person.
As for the scarring, it’s still healing, but I’m going to start another product which just came out recently.
