Luxe Looks & GotG at the Great Bridal Expo
Last Friday, 9/5/08, we collaborated with Luxe Looks at the Great Bridal Expo in Times Square. There were hundreds of “VIBs” (Very Important Brides) and a few “VIGs” (guess it…very important Grooms!).

We were the only beauty vendor at the event, and offered free makeup touchups and eyebrow grooming. Of course, when you mention “free” there were swarms of people waiting for services! At first I was the only one doing makeovers, but eventually we had to get 3 other MUAs to work! I also did a little eyebrows to alleviate the line. Altogether, it was a great event and we got lots of leads to follow up on!
For the quick makeovers, the Artistry Essentials makeup kits came in handy!
There are 3 sets available according to skintone – light, medium and dark. Although it seems limited, those options are more than enough to match a tone of skintones. You can also mix concealer & foundation products to achieve a custom look. If it seems hard to believe, check out some of our photos below:
