Hey guys,

I know this post has been a long time coming…better late than never! Maintaining this site has been a “slight” struggle, but I’m committed to making this work. The reason why this blog has been untouched was because our business has expanded dramatically, and there are only 24 hours in a day! Instead of trying to catch up and post entries from previous events, I just want to start fresh! In retrospect, I’d like to look back on the highlights of 2007…

• Working with numerous companies, organizations, and social groups in promoting our makeup and skincare services (see client list)
• Launching www.gorgeousonthego.net! Maintaining it is another story
• Winning a $1,000 grant from the National Federation for Independent Businesses & BizFilings
• Expanding our team with 3 makeup artists – Keli, Jordana & Ashanti
• Producing our own promotional video on YouTube
• Establishing partnerships with other talented photographers, makeup artists, models, and fashion designers
• Meeting such phenomenal women (and men!) through the NYC Makeup Artist Meetup (and becoming organizer too!) and through the Internet in general

With 2008 under way, I’m excited about a lot of things coming up. But my main goal will be to post more relevant stuff! For my viewers out there, let me know what you want to know from a makeup artist and skincare consultant. I’d love to get any feedback. So, until then, stay tuned!
